A recovered invoice is one that was overdue when you joined LateShield and has since been paid in full or in agreed part. The 1% applies only to the overdue amount recovered — not to invoices paid on time.

If you regularly need support for more than 20 items per month, get in touch and we will discuss a tailored arrangement. We are flexible for businesses with higher volumes.
